User Guide

We will acquire solution NMR spectra of user-provided samples and advise the user on the best NMR experimental setup to reach the specific research goals. For physical access, we will advise the user and provide NMR pulse programs as required. The facility is specialized for biological NMR with a setup tailored for the detection of the respective NMR nuclei (1H, 2H,13C,15N,31P).

Sample preparation:

Biological NMR samples (proteins, RNA) need to be provided in an isotope-labeled form (2H,13C,15N, as applicable). The labelling pattern of each sample will be advised by the BNMRZ scientific contacts before the visit.
